Danville-Pittsylvania RIFA signed a performance agreement with STACK Infrastructure for 2,990 acres of the 3,528-acre Berry Hill megasite: $100 billion investment over 30 years and 2,500 jobs; first land-purchase phase closes by June 2027, remaining phases before June 2031. No construction yet.
