Project description
Danville-Pittsylvania RIFA signed a performance agreement with STACK Infrastructure for 2,990 acres of the 3,528-acre Berry Hill megasite. It covers a $100 billion investment over 30 years and 2,500 jobs. The first land-purchase phase closes by June 2027 and the rest before June 2031. There's no construction yet.
