Project description
Stack topped out the first building at its Stafford Technology Campus in May 2026 after moving three million cubic yards of earth. The 500-acre campus is planned for 1.1 GW across 19 data centers on four sub-campuses, fed by six 300 MW Dominion Energy substations.
