A revised plan calls for three data center buildings, an admin building and a warehouse, more than 1.5M sq ft in all, on 410 acres on N. Cedar Crest Blvd near Parkland High School. That's down from six buildings and 5M+ sq ft. After three postponements and a zoning officer's recommendation against the plan, planning commission review was set for 2026-07-09.
