Project description
DeKalb City Council approved Edged's 560-acre data center campus south of Meta's DeKalb site in December 2025 and in April 2026 greenlit a $5.3M water main extension to serve it. Plans call for four buildings and two substations, with the first 980,000 sq ft building by end of 2027 and the fourth by 2032; incentives require a minimum $800M investment.
