Project description
Creekstone closed a Series B for its Delta Gigasite southeast of Delta. Millard County rezoned nearly 1,200 acres to heavy industrial and granted a conditional use permit. Creekstone plans 4.61 GW of IT load at full build, fed by a generation plan of 1.8 GW from IPP, 6 GW of solar and 2 GW of gas.
