Creekstone closed a Series B for its Delta Gigasite southeast of Delta: nearly 1,200 acres rezoned to heavy industrial with a conditional use permit from Millard County, 20M sq ft planned, and 10 GW of power over the coming decade (1.8 GW from IPP, 6 GW solar, 2 GW gas).
