Project description
DCIP Group won rezoning in March 2026 for an initial 34 acres on a decommissioned power plant site and has asked to rezone more than 825 additional acres toward a ~1,300-acre campus; the developer's proposed draw at full build-out is 4,000 MW, with the initial property valued at close to $4 billion. DeSoto County's one-year data center moratorium (approved July 2026) exempts this already-approved project.
