Project description
The Pecos campus is being converted from bitcoin mining to AI/HPC, with a target of 1.5 GW gross, or about 1.0 GW leasable. An extra 300 MW has been secured from the utility, 200+ acres have been added and vertical construction is underway. The first data hall is due early 2027.
