Project description
The second of two Yadkinville properties WhiteFiber agreed to buy from Unifi in August 2026: a carve-out of the manufacturing complex, about 111,589 square feet of building on 62.725 acres, called Property Y in the purchase agreement. Unifi keeps the rest of the complex and its own power there. No capacity figure is published for this site alone: the agreement gives a 30 MW floor and a 69 MW ceiling of gross electrical supply per property. WhiteFiber targets initial ready for service in Q3 2027.
