WhiteFiber acquired a 96-acre, ~1M sq ft industrial property in Madison; 24 MW expected online Q4 2025, 99 MW of power secured, and the campus 'has the potential to scale up to 200 MW'; county cites planned investment of over $1B. Data Center Knowledge (2025-12-24) reports a 10-year, 40 MW, ~$865M colocation agreement with Nscale, with 20 MW billing from April 2026 and another 20 MW the following month, and $150M invested to date.
