Project description
WhiteFiber bought a 96-acre industrial property of about 1M sq ft in Madison. It expected 24 MW online in Q4 2025, has 99 MW of power secured and says the campus 'has the potential to scale up to 200 MW', while the county cites planned investment of over $1B. Data Center Knowledge reported on Dec 24, 2025 a 10-year, 40 MW colocation agreement with Nscale worth about $865M. Twenty MW starts billing in April 2026 and another 20 MW the following month, and $150M has been invested to date.
