Project description
WhiteFiber signed a definitive agreement to buy two former Unifi industrial properties (~120 acres combined) in Yadkinville for $60M to build two data centers (NC-2, NC-3) with an initial combined minimum of 60 MW, expandable to about 200 MW; closing expected fall 2026 with ready-for-service capacity targeted around summer 2027.
