Project description
TeraWulf owns or controls about 285 acres within the 1,000-acre EastPark Industrial Park on the Greenup-Boyd county border, named the Muskie Data Campus, expected to accommodate more than 1 GW of data center capacity; first 500 MW to begin during the second half of 2028, a further 500 MW targeted for the second half of 2030, and Muskie could eventually expand to 2 GW. Greenup Fiscal Court's six-month moratorium exempts the campus; EastPark's board approved the land purchase in May 2026.
