Project description
TeraWulf owns or controls about 285 acres within the 1,000-acre EastPark Industrial Park on the Greenup-Boyd county border. The site, named the Muskie Data Campus, is expected to hold more than 1 GW of data center capacity. The first 500 MW is set to begin in the second half of 2028 and another 500 MW is targeted for the second half of 2030, and Muskie could eventually grow to 2 GW. EastPark's board approved the land purchase in May 2026, and Greenup Fiscal Court's six-month moratorium exempts the campus.
