Project description
Fermi signed a 15-year, $6.5B lease with TensorWave for a 222 MW data center at Project Matador, and the TensorWave facility will be delivered in stages starting H2 2027. Fermi plans up to 17 GW in total across gas, nuclear, solar, batteries and the grid. About 6 GW is permitted and $1.5B+ has been invested.
