Project description
On June 8, 2026, PointOne Data Centers, partnered with CyrusOne, announced a $900M, 90 MW hyperscale data center on Lower Moncure Road in Sanford. The 430 acres are owned by Trustwell Property Group. About 150 residents opposed it at the July 13, 2026 Lee County commissioners meeting and are seeking a moratorium.
