Three roughly identical data center buildings (phase 1 612,000 sq ft, campus over 2M sq ft) on 136 acres Microsoft bought for $53.5M, 324 MW total, $1.842B investment led by TA Realty and EdgeConneX; phase 1 construction from late 2024 and online 2026, full completion 2029 with a 2032 deadline; $75M tax abatement approved.
