Project description
IREN's Project Emerald covers about 2,000 acres along US-69 south of Kiowa. It has two phases of about 3M sq ft and about 1.2 GW each, at about $50B total, or $25B per phase. The TIF review committee unanimously advanced the incentive package in April 2026, and construction is projected for 2027.
