Project description
Flexential bought 110 acres in Talty, Kaufman County for its fourth and largest Dallas area campus, with room for three 36 MW buildings totalling 108 MW. Power for the 36 MW first phase is secured, site work starts in early 2027 and the first customers move in during late 2028.
