Project description
Houston-based Cloverleaf Infrastructure is planning 'Project Bluestem', a hyperscale data center on about 1,000 acres near Tonganoxie Business Park off Highway 24 and Kansas Avenue. Its resubmitted plan seeks up to 1.2 GW, roughly double the original request, plus an on-site gas power plant.
