Project description
Kentucky Industrial Alliance Inc. proposes the Cave Point Commerce Center, a $4.8 billion, 600-acre, 1.2-gigawatt AI and cloud computing campus just outside the entrance to Mammoth Cave National Park; half the power from an off-grid natural gas plant and 600 MW from Farmers RECC. The developer owns about 1,000 acres and has filed two lawsuits after Cave City passed a yearlong data center moratorium in May 2026.
