Bitdeer proposes a ~257-acre campus at Turnpike Commerce Center with a 150 MW first phase (two 48,000 sq ft data halls plus office) scaling to 750 MW over ~5 years, at over $300M excluding computing equipment; not yet approved and subject to a local moratorium through early November 2026.
