5C Group's $1.3B facility at the former LexisNexis site in PrimeOhio Corporate Park is being expanded from 67,000 to 214,000 sq ft; the first 25 MW of a 75 MW first phase is expected operational by end of September 2026, within a design capacity of 150 MW.
