Project description

5C Group is converting the former LexisNexis site in PrimeOhio Corporate Park into a 75 MW data center, expanding it from 67,000 to 214,000 sq ft in a $1.3B project. The first 25 MW is expected to be operational by the end of September 2026, and the city says the facility is designed for a maximum load of up to 150 MW.
