Switch filed plans with Big Beaver Borough for three 201,690 sq ft data center buildings on the 382-acre former Pittsburgh International Race Complex, with 270 MW of backup generator capacity, a new FirstEnergy switching station on existing 345 kV lines, phase 1 in January 2028 and all three buildings by January 2030.
