Project description
Slate Belt Holdings, a partnership of Talen Energy and River Pointe Logistics, is pursuing up to 23 buildings of 201,500 sq ft each, about 4.6M sq ft in all. The 754-acre site sits next to Talen's 607 MW Lower Mount Bethel gas plant and would have a 480 MW on-site substation. The partnership is challenging township zoning that it says unlawfully excludes data centers.
