Project description
Before Serverfarm can power up the first four buildings at its $6.6 billion campus in Clarksville it must supply more than 400 MW; photo caption shows the campus under construction on July 30, 2026. City council approved up to $55B in industrial revenue bonds (Hatchbo LLC $50B, SF ARK1 LLC $5B) on July 30, 2026 for the data center under construction off Hwy 123 near Johnson Regional Medical Center.
