Project description
Serverfarm must supply more than 400 MW before it can power up the first four buildings at its $6.6 billion campus in Clarksville, and a photo caption shows the campus under construction on July 30, 2026. That same day the city council approved up to $55B in industrial revenue bonds for the data center off Hwy 123 near Johnson Regional Medical Center, with $50B for Hatchbo LLC and $5B for SF ARK1 LLC.
