- Location: East Whiteland Township, PA, United States
- Developer: Sentinel Data Centers / Green Fig LLC
- Status: paused
Status: Paused
Paused: East Whiteland Township ordered work to stop on August 26, 2026, the project's second stop-work order, because the developer had not shown that Aqua can supply enough water (MyChesCo, August 28, 2026). An earlier July 2026 stoppage covered soil and health reviews at the Superfund site, after construction had started on the roughly 1.5 million sq ft project. No capacity has been stated for the current plan. This is the East Whiteland land that Green Fig Land Company and fifteenfortyseven Critical Systems Realty (1547) announced in 2022 as a 100-acre campus, with township zoning for two buildings of about 1 million sq ft each, 150 MW of available utility power and 140 MW more during build-out (W.Media, October 2022). 1547 now lists its 100-acre Chester County site as sold, citing a PECO commitment of at least 450 MW of power, and Sentinel later joined Green Fig as developer (Philadelphia Inquirer, March 2026). Those power figures describe the earlier plan, not the current one. Source: MyChesCo, 2026-08-28.
