Security Land and Development LP has applied to build a 150 MW data center campus on a 42-acre site in Woodlawn, in the 1500 Woodlawn Drive area. Site work was anticipated for June or July 2026 and five acres were donated to BGE for a substation, but no development plans had been submitted.
