Project description
This campus along Parallel Parkway west of Kansas Speedway would have six buildings, 1.8M sq ft and 600 MW, or 100 MW per building, on 400+ acres at a cost of about $12B. The Unified Government approved the master plan in July 2025, but a protest petition and lawsuit in late 2025 stalled it. The build horizon is 5 to 7 years.
