Six-building, 1.8M sq ft, 600 MW (100 MW per building) campus on 400+ acres along Parallel Parkway west of Kansas Speedway, ~$12B; the Unified Government approved the master plan in July 2025 but a protest petition and lawsuit in late 2025 stalled it, with a 5-7 year build horizon.
