Quantum Frederick is a 2,100-acre master-planned hyperscale campus on the former Eastalco aluminum site, planned for ~17.4 million sq ft of data center space supported by 2.4 GW of power; Catellus was selected lead developer in 2024, with Rowan, Aligned and AWS building on the park.
