Project description
Quantum Frederick is a 2,100-acre master-planned hyperscale campus on the former Eastalco aluminum site. It's planned for about 17.4 million sq ft of data center space supported by 2.4 GW of power. Catellus was selected as lead developer in 2024, and Rowan, Aligned and AWS are building on the park.
