Project description

Project Ruby would put four data center buildings on about 15% of an 865-acre site in northeastern Muscogee County, near existing transmission lines and a substation. The capital investment is more than $5.18 billion between 2027 and 2030, with 195 jobs. City council's first reading of a technology overlay ordinance was set for May 12, 2026, and the end user hasn't been disclosed.
