Project description
Project Ruby would put four data center buildings on ~15% of an 865-acre site in northeastern Muscogee County near existing transmission lines and a substation, a capital investment of more than $5.18 billion between 2027 and 2030 with 195 jobs; city council's first reading of a technology overlay ordinance was set for May 12, 2026 and the end user is undisclosed.
