CoreWeave was the initial anchor tenant but exited the partnership, and a planned funding round also fell through (DatacenterDynamics, 2026-04-02). Poolside turned to other cloud providers, including Google, in hopes of restarting the project; no new partner or site work has been reported since. First-phase completion had been targeted for Q1 2027. A separate Poolside site on Puckett Road, on the same Longfellow Ranch about 20 miles away, holds its own air permits and is not this project. Project description
This behind-the-meter AI campus on 568 acres of Longfellow Ranch is planned at 2 GW in eight 250 MW phases. Power comes from on-site aero-derivative gas turbines plus battery storage. The first phase is 250 MW, with an option for another 500 MW.
