Project description
Township supervisors approved Phase 1-B final land development for the first six of 16 data center buildings on the 700-acre PAX-1 site; blasting and site preparation have been under way since March 2026. The JV announced the campus as 1.35 GW (expandable to 1.8 GW), a $15B investment, with the first 300 MW targeted for Q2 2027.
