Project description
Township supervisors approved Phase 1-B final land development for the first six of 16 data center buildings on the 700-acre PAX-1 site, where blasting and site preparation have been under way since March 2026. The JV announced the campus as a $15B investment at 1.35 GW, expandable to 1.8 GW. The first 300 MW is targeted for Q2 2027.
