Project description
Niagara Falls Redevelopment and Urbacon proposed a $1.5B, 135 MW data center campus in downtown Niagara Falls, with a 50 MW first phase; in June 2026 the city council approved a settlement of the land dispute committing the city to grant the approvals needed for the $1.5 billion Niagara Digital Campus.
