Project description
A TPA Group subsidiary filed a DRI for Newton County Technology Park on 317 acres north of I-20 near Covington. Plans call for nine buildings and about 2.6M sq ft in a $5 billion project expected to be complete by 2030. The site still needs rezoning from commercial to industrial.
