Project description

Plans for the former Reynolds site outside Massena call for three buildings totaling nearly 1.5 million sq ft. NCCS says its latest plan calls for 400 MW of power from the New York Power Authority, down from the 635 MW first proposed. The Massena town board voted down a data center moratorium in September 2026, but a number of studies must still be completed before construction can begin.
