3 GW campus: Phase I 800 MW (8 buildings) on 390 acres with construction begun Feb 2025 and first 100 MW building on a Bloom fuel-cell microgrid due 2026; Phase II 1,200 MW geothermal-powered on adjacent 780 acres; Phase III complete by 2029.
