Project description
CyrusOne LLC took a Texas air authorization on 21 July 2026 for three buildings, DFW20A, DFW20B and DFW20C, on FM 488 about 2.5 miles south of FM 416 in Freestone County. CyrusOne's own site page lists the campus as in development next to Calpine's Freestone Energy Center at 1366 FM 488 in Fairfield, with over $500 million of investment across multiple phases. Local reporting in June 2026 described land being bought for a second phase.
