Project description
CyrusOne's 228-acre Yorkville campus has a full 480 MW electrical allocation from ComEd and now comprises eight single-story buildings totaling 1,854,805 sq ft; construction started spring 2026, site to be energized by end of 2027 and first building operational by end of Q1 2028, with a 10-20 year build-out.
