Project description
A DRI filed with the Georgia DCA proposes the Kingston Technology Hub on 559 acres. It's a 350,000-sq-ft data center that would need 150 MW, sought through a MEAG Power RFP, and about 50,000 gallons of water a day. It'd be worth $1 billion at build-out, with completion in 2030.
