A DRI filed with the Georgia DCA proposes the Kingston Technology Hub on 559 acres: a 350,000-sq-ft data center needing 150 MW (to be sought via a MEAG Power RFP), ~50,000 gallons of water a day, $1 billion value at build-out and completion in 2030.
