Sebastian Rucci's ~$10B, up to 330 MW, ~950,000 sq ft AI data center on 235 acres near Aten Rd/Clark Rd outside Imperial has a county grading permit and was aiming to operate by summer 2028; the Board of Supervisors approved the lot merger in April 2026.
