Project description
Sebastian Rucci's AI data center outside Imperial is about $10B, up to 330 MW and about 950,000 sq ft on 235 acres near Aten Rd and Clark Rd. The Board of Supervisors approved the lot merger in April 2026 and it has a county grading permit. It was aiming to operate by summer 2028.
