Project description
AWS confirmed it's in discussions with Homer City Redevelopment about a data center campus at the 3,200-acre site in Center and Blacklick townships. A 4.5 GW gas-fired plant is expected to come online there in 2028. Kiewit is the EPC, the plant uses seven GE Vernova 7HA.02 turbines, and the initial investment is $10B+.
