Fleet Data Centers and Tract broke ground with Gov. Lombardo on the South Valley data center, a 2M sq ft, $4.6B build along USA Parkway in Storey County for an undisclosed tenant. The two companies hold access to 12,000 acres across Storey and Lyon counties.
