Project description
Fleet Data Centers is building a second Tahoe Reno Industrial Center campus, Peru Ridge, alongside its South Valley campus. The two campuses will have a combined 400 MW of critical compute power; initial load delivery at Peru Ridge is 57 MW and the campus is expected online in Q3 2027, ahead of South Valley in Q4 2027.
