DEQ permitted data-center gen-sets for MECP1 Ashburn 2, LLC at 45831 Maries Road on 2025-09-18, and for 1501 Moran Road Development Owner, LLC at 22425 Sous Vide Lane on 2025-04-15. Both permits were addressed to EdgeCore's SVP and General Counsel in Denver, the same signatory. EdgeCore says its two Ashburn data centers on Maries Road and Moran Road in Sterling target initial delivery in 2026.
