Project description
Evoque and Archer plan a 4-phase, 61-acre campus in Gallatin, about 35 miles from downtown Nashville. It joins a 28.5-acre existing campus with an adjacent 32.8-acre parcel, with 'over 100MW of power capacity' and 'over 500,000 square feet of data center space'. An 82,000 sq ft shell has 'over 40MW of available power today'.
