The Calvert Infrastructure Hub by Canadian-based Beacon Data Centers is a $6 billion, 95-acre development on a 650-acre industrial parcel along U.S. 43 near Calvert in unincorporated north Mobile County; construction is expected to begin before the end of 2026, employing up to 1,000 construction workers and 250 operations staff.
