Project description
Canadian-based Beacon Data Centers is behind the Calvert Infrastructure Hub, a $6 billion, 95-acre development on a 650-acre industrial parcel along U.S. 43 near Calvert in unincorporated north Mobile County. Construction is expected to begin before the end of 2026. The project would employ up to 1,000 construction workers and 250 operations staff, and no tax incentives were sought.
