Bentaus announced in February 2026 that it's partnering with Chadbourn Infrastructure Partners on an AI data center in Texarkana, Arkansas with 200 MW of power capacity and up to 3,000 acres of developable land. Public records put the site on 2,700+ acres north of Texarkana in Miller County, owned by Fort Chadbourne Farm LLC.
