Project description
In February 2026 Bentaus announced it is partnering with Chadbourn Infrastructure Partners to build an AI data center in Texarkana, Arkansas supporting 200 MW of power capacity and up to 3,000 acres of developable land; public records place the site on 2,700+ acres owned by Fort Chadbourne Farm LLC north of Texarkana in Miller County.
