Project description
AVAIO plans a data center near Wrightsville that starts at $6 billion for its first 150 MW and could reach $21 billion if it grows to one gigawatt. Entergy will supply the initial 150 MW under an agreement executed Dec 8, 2025, with service beginning on or around June 30, 2027, though the PSC application filed in April 2026 is still pending. Any expansion beyond 150 MW needs a separate agreement and PSC approval.
