Project description
Amazon Data Services is developing a 250-acre, 2-million-sq-ft, 10-building campus within the Keystone Trade Center in Falls Township, Bucks County, on a former U.S. Steel site. It holds local/state approvals for phase 1 of two planned phases and is seeking a DEP air permit for 250 backup gas generators. Part of a $20B statewide Amazon PA commitment that also covers a separate Luzerne County site, so that figure is not campus-specific and is omitted from cost. No MW figure stated for this campus.
