Aligned broke ground on Project Phoenix, a 2 GW, three-building campus at Shippingport Industrial Park on the former Bruce Mansfield coal plant site, projected to anchor ~$10B in regional economic investment with 3,000 construction jobs and ~640 permanent roles.
