Project description

Aligned Data Centers (Plano) Propco, LLC took a Texas air authorization on 29 September 2025 for ALIGNED PLANO DFW04, on the west side of North Star Road one lot south of East Plano Parkway. Turner Construction is named as a principal of the site. Trade press reports the building as a $700 million project on Aligned's Plano campus being delivered in phases for the cloud provider Lambda, with construction running to late 2026.
