Project description
Thor Equities proposes the Urbana Technology Hub, a 460,000 sq ft data center near Ohio 55 and U.S. 68 by the Rittal plant. After Thor filed its site plan in February 2026, Urbana passed a 12-month moratorium and in June 2026 repealed the zoning that allowed data centers, and Thor sued the city in federal court.
